Dual License
Earn a Dual License in Counseling
Through a combination of master's degree and post-graduate certificate, UD students are eligible to earn a dual license in school counseling and clinical mental health counsling.
Dual licensure offers a unique opportunity for professionals to expand their expertise and career options. This pathway equips counselors with the skills and knowledge to address both the academic and emotional needs of students in K-12 settings, as well as the broader mental health needs of individuals in various clinical environments.
