The Brook Center utilizes proactive, evidence-based strategies, primary prevention programming, and best practices to assist students in creating healthy relationships with themselves and others to cultivate an ethic of wellbeing.  

Rooted in our Catholic and Marianist tradition, Campus Ministry cultivates the faith life of the campus community through transformative encounters with God. We foster spiritual growth through worship, pastoral care, faith formation, service and reflection. Committed to peace and justice, we challenge people to develop their unique gifts in service to the world and to be leaders who nurture human dignity through building faith-filled communities.

The Global and Intercultural Affairs Center provides leadership, strategic planning, coordination, and administrative support for the internationalization of campus. In cooperation with other University departments and external organizations, the Global and Intercultural Affairs Center operates programs and provides services which enhance intercultural education and prepares our students as distinctive global citizens ready to learn, lead and serve in the world. 

Our L. William Crotty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership provides a distinctive approach to entrepreneurship education. Through the multidisciplinary entrepreneurship major, students have the opportunity to start actual microbusinesses, gain exposure to rapid growth companies and regular contact with successful entrepreneurs.

The Marianist vision of community living embraced by the University of Dayton is based on the conviction that every person has innate dignity because all people are made in the image and likeness of God. This conviction is rooted in Catholic Catechism, 1700, 1700.

Carrying out the University of Dayton's vision as a national leader in educating community builders, the Fitz Center for Leadership in Community initiates and sustains partnerships with urban neighborhoods and larger communities for both comprehensive community building and as a context for connected learning and scholarship. The Center stimulates, coordinates and facilitates learning and scholarship throughout the University, within the community and between the two.

The Greater West Dayton Incubator (GWDI) was conceived at the intersections of the University of Dayton’s (UD) strategic visioning process and courageous conversations with Greater West Dayton leaders. Focused on mitigating power imbalances between the city’s predominantly Black neighborhoods and the Catholic Marianist university. This strategic initiative is part of UD’s plan-of-action to become an anti-racist institution and will provide opportunities for students to work alongside entrepreneurs to start, scale, and sustain businesses and social ventures. 

The Office of Human Resources is committed to being a customer-oriented, human resources partner implementing best practices, policies, and programs that contribute to the University's mission.  We offer expertise through our work in the functional areas of human resources including employment services and risk, benefits and compensation, employee relations, learning and development, human resources operations, human resources information systems, and more.  We contribute to the goal of being a Catholic leader in higher education through these efforts, and by helping to balance the needs of our individual community members and those of the institution as a whole.

The Ryan C. Harris Learning Teaching Center's Office of Learning Resources (OLR) is a learning resource for students, parents, faculty, and staff at the University of Dayton. OLR offers a wide variety of information and services to help everyone become a successful learner. The Multi-Ethnic Education and Engagement Center (MEC) provides staff, facilities, services special programs to support the academic experience of students.
