Kim Conde currently serves as Associate Director of Academic Engagement and Communication in UD’s Center for Online Learning. Prior to joining the Online Learning team, Kim worked for over 20 years in UD’s Information Technologies division (UDit), managing internal communications and coordinating change management strategies for campus technology initiatives.

Kim graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy. She also holds a Master of Arts in English Writing & Rhetoric and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Dayton. Kim is a Marianist Educational Associate (MEA) and has taught as an adjunct instructor in both the English department and School of Business Administration.
