Key responsibilities include:
• Manage the operations of Kennedy Union and the Music & Theatre Building.
• Provide customer service, technical support, and oversee setup and teardown of all events hosted in Kennedy Union and the Music & Theatre Building.
• Manage equipment and supplies used in the operations of Kennedy Union and the Music & Theatre Building.
• Liaison with Facilities Management on upkeep and improvement projects scheduled within Kennedy Union and the Music & Theatre Building.
• Supervise the Student Operations Assistant staff and Hangar Games Room staff.
• Supervise Kennedy Union Assistant Directors and Night Operations Manager.
