Key Responsibilities Include:

• Plan and implement large-scale leadership development programs, including the Fall Leadership Conference, Women's Leadership Immersion, and UleaD Emerging Leaders program.
• Provide support in leadership program development, implementation, and assessment
• Hire, train, and supervise the Student Leadership Ambassadors staff
• Hire, train, and supervise the University of Dayton Information Center
• Provide direction and support to the CSI student employment program
• Advise the Orpheus Literary Magazine
• Manage departmental marketing, digital signage, and websites
