As a proud UD alum, I am excited to serve students through my role in the Counseling Center. College is meant to be a time of learning and exploration, but is can also be a time of challenge and distress. As a first generation college graduate, I feel passionate about working with students to overcome challenges and barriers to success. I enjoy working with students to help them find their niche on campus because I truly believe every student can find a home here. Clinically, I operate from a dialectical behavior therapy orientation and routinely work with students to eliminate self-destructive behaviors. Through my involvement in outreach and training, I strive to improve the quality of care at the Counseling Center and our impact on the broader community.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, the outdoors, sewing, reading, and practicing yoga.
