It has always been an interest of mine working with young adults in college. College comes with many opportunities to learn and grow as a person, as well as overcome challenges leading to a hopeful future. As a dedicated professional, I strive to help students identify their strengths, build healthy relationships, heal from past traumas or family conflict, explore promising opportunities in their future, overcome adversity, and find joy in their life. I have a background working in private practice, partial hospitalization, and Wright State University’s Disability Services. Theoretical approaches I frequently utilize in therapy include cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy skills, and solution-focused therapy.

In my free time I enjoy playing games, spending time with my animals and family, reading, going on walks, watching movies, and traveling.
