Personal History

Allison graduated from Xavier University with a B.F.A. in 2002, a Master’s in Pastoral Ministry from UD in 2005 and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from UD in 2016. She engaged in a year of service with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps from 2002-2003 in Anchorage, AK, worked as a graduate assistant in Campus Ministry at UD from 2003-2005, and as a campus minister serving Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa from 2005-2007. In 2007 Allison returned to UD full-time and worked in Campus Ministry until September 2016 when she began her position as the Director of Marianist Strategies. In this role she coordinates educational and formational programming for faculty and staff around the Catholic and Marianist mission including the Marianist Educational Associates, Mission Based Staff Retreat, and Marianist Heritage Events. In her free time, you will often find Allison outdoors bird watching, and running, or watching Green Bay Packers football and her favorite college basketball teams.
