Profile

Lynn Reynolds is currently with the firm Faruki Ireland Cox Rhinehart & Dusing PLL where she is Of Counsel and focuses her practice on employment and corporate compliance counseling.

Before that Lynn served as the Head of Legal for North America, LexisNexis Legal & Professional, where she was responsible for the delivery of legal services to management on a wide range of issues including mergers & acquisitions, antitrust, compliance, litigation and all types of commercial matters.  

During her tenure, she managed a team of lawyers and staff located in Dayton, New York, Raleigh, Toronto and Manila, Philippines through significant organizational change.

Prior to her role as Head of Legal, Lynn served as Vice President & Lead Employment Counsel for RELX Inc., the parent company of LexisNexis.  Lynn was also a litigation associate at Chernsky, Heyman & Kress, a staff attorney for the Honorable Deborah L. Cook at the Ohio Supreme Court and is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law. 

She is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project and co-chair of the Annual Campaign for Equal Justice.
