Rob Painter is an Assistant United States Attorney in the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio. Prior to becoming an AUSA, Rob was a commercial litigator at large firms in Cincinnati, OH and New York, NY, handling complex securities, FCA, and products-liability cases. Rob clerked for the Honorable Danny J. Boggs of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
