Professor Gaby Neal is an attorney and graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law. 

Professor Neal is currently serving as Corporate Counsel for Real Estate at Safelite Group, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio. As an in-house attorney, Professor Neal advises the real estate business unit on matters related to real estate law, negotiates contracts with landlords, lenders, and sellers, and oversees the work of outside counsel. She also serves as counsel on mergers and acquisitions.  Leading up to her in-house career, Professor Neal worked for both small and mid-sized firms in Dayton, Ohio where she concentrated her practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions and litigation. Some of the work included successful representation of homeowners in foreclosure defense, adverse possession, quiet title suits, partition actions, recovery of title actions, title defect cures, zoning and land-use, and tax appeals. She also served as Assistant Law Director for several Dayton-area municipalities and represented the seller during Dave Chappelle’s acquisition of the Miami Township Fire Station in Yellow Springs.

Professor Neal was a two-year member of the Law Review and the author of Childhood Obesity: Why the Federal Government Should Enact Legislation to Meet the Goals of the Affordable Care Act to Resolve a Growing Issue University of Dayton Law Review · Aug 1, 2014. Before attending UDSL, Professor Neal worked for a top broadcast network in New York City. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and is an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
