Trinity Car is a practicing data protection and technology lawyer, specializing in U.S. and EU data protection law and complex data issues. She has extensive experience as privacy counsel for a Fortune 500 company—managing global privacy compliance within large technology deals, advising on incident response and M&A, negotiating privacy and security terms on deals involving emerging technologies, and legitimizing international data transfer. She is a frequent speaker on topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), and Privacy by Design, and has been published in the Journal of Data Protection & Privacy. Trinity is recognized as a Fellow of Information Privacy by the International Associate of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
