Tim Barlow is a patent attorney with the U.S. Air Force at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Tim is an attorney licensed in the state of Virginia and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. He worked as a patent examiner with the U.S Patent and Trademark Office from 2013-16, and in private practice from 1999-2012, with 3 ½ years with Witte, Weller and Partner in Stuttgart, Germany.

Tim’s law practice focuses primarily on patent matters, including inventor counseling regarding preparation and prosecution of U.S. patent applications and technology transfer matters. He has experience in a wide variety of technology areas such as nano- and composite materials, chemistry, mechanical arts, and aerospace vehicles.
