Kim Schenck is the Assistant Director, Business Development. She oversees the growth, expansion, and retention of our community’s base of organizational partners. The scope of her role reaches across many segments of industry, community, government, and commerce. Prior to joining the UDCL team, Kim spent over 22 years in the hospitality industry in sales and management/leadership capacities. Kim is active in our community and has founded and/or served as a board member of a number of non-profit organizations within the Dayton region and is the recipient of numerous sales and service awards from Marriott and Intercontinental Group Hotels. Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University with a major in Animal Sciences and a minor in Human Development and Family Science.
