Cosette deBourbon is the Graduate Assistant for the University of Dayton Center for Leadership. She is responsible for assisting the UDCL team with the Center’s operations, administration, organization, and management to provide the highest-quality leadership development programming experience. Cosette obtained her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Dayton where she received the Leadership Award of Excellence to the Senior Majoring in Management Who Best Exemplifies Outstanding Academic Achievement. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Analytics at the University of Dayton.
