Jen Cadieux is the Assistant Director, Leadership Programs. In this role, she oversees and manages the Professional Development Programs and assists with individual businesses' custom programming. This includes working with business partners and potential participants, supporting participant success, curriculum design, logistics coordination, assessment, and evaluation. Prior to joining the UDCL team, Jen spent 7 years in economic development with the Downtown Dayton Partnership working to attract and retain businesses and investment in downtown Dayton. Jen is a certified Leadership Practice Inventory (LPI) Coach. She is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified. Jen received her BA in Communication from the University of Dayton in 2005 and is currently working on her MBA at the University of Dayton.
