April Mescher currently serves as the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing at the University of Dayton Center for Leadership, where she leads a high-performing team dedicated to transforming leaders who, in turn, transform lives.

In her role, April is responsible for overseeing the center's overall operations and developing and executing a strategic sales and marketing plan that aligns with the university's mission and addresses the needs of current and potential client partnerships within the business community. She collaborates with over 60 organizations annually, forging strong corporate partnerships, enrolling leaders in certificate programs, and creating customized solutions tailored to their specific requirements. These solutions may include assessments, coaching, and customized leadership development programs.

Her commitment to personal growth and professional development is evident through her participation in various leadership programs, including the UD Women Lead program, Leadership UD, Emerging Leader, and Leadership Dayton.

Recognized for her exceptional contributions, April has received several accolades throughout her career. She was named a "Women to Watch" by Dayton WiBN in 2011, honored as the "Advocate of the Year" by Generation Dayton in 2010, and recognized as one of the "Top 40 Under 40" by the Dayton Business Journal in 2009.
