Ally Ferguson is the Event Operations and Business Manager for the University of Dayton Center for Leadership and is responsible for all aspects of program operations, logistics, and financial management. She also serves in a supervisory role for the handful of University of Dayton undergraduate students that are employed at UDCL each year.  Ally received her Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University in 2013, and went on to obtain her Master’s Degree at the University of Akron, graduating from the Higher Education Administration program in 2015. Ally has a professional background in student development, event management, and operations. Before arriving at the University of Dayton Center for Leadership, Ally was a part of the Student Life divisions at both The Ohio State University (2015-2018) and The University of Akron (2013-2015).
