Profile
Nichole is the Associate Program Manager for the Intensive English Program (IEP) and has been with the University of Dayton since 2013. She has over 20 years of experience in a variety of educational settings supporting diverse communities of both learners and teachers.
As the Associate Program Manager, Nichole is responsible for the development and review of course curriculum as well as supervision and support of IEP teaching faculty. She is also the coordinator of the Summer Educational Exchange @Dayton (SEED) program for the training of teachers and language immersion for high school students.
Nichole extends her support of UD as a Marianist Educational Associate (MEA) and Mental Health First Aid Trainer for the campus.
