Profile

Nichole is the Director of the Intensive English Program (IEP) at the University of Dayton and has been part of the UD community since 2013. She brings over 20 years of experience in a variety of educational settings, supporting diverse communities of both learners and teachers.

As Director, Nichole oversees all aspects of the IEP’s daily operations and long-term strategic planning. Her responsibilities include curriculum development and review, supervision and support of IEP teaching faculty, program assessment, enrollment management, budget planning, and partnership development. She leads efforts to ensure academic quality, student success, and continuous program improvement.

Nichole also coordinates the Summer Educational Exchange @Dayton (SEED) program, providing training for English language teachers and language immersion experiences for high school students.

In addition to her role with the IEP, Nichole serves as a Marianist Educational Associate (MEA) and as a liaison for the Provost’s Area Inclusive Excellence Strategic Planning, contributing to efforts that foster a welcoming and inclusive environment across the university.
