Finance and Administrative Services: Human Resources

As the Vice President for Human Resources, serves as a strategic partner of the University leadership team, providing leadership and direction in developing and implementing organizational strategy in the areas of talent management, learning and development, compensation management, benefits administration, and employee and labor relations. Also serves as the University's Affirmative Action Officer, leading the University's efforts to track and report Affirmative Action goals and comply with applicable regulations as a part of the program.
