Angeline is responsible for the development and implementation of inclusive strategies for the recruitment, retention, and advancement of diverse, underrepresented staff and faculty at the University of Dayton. As part of that effort, she also engages with the leaders of the unit based DEI strategic plans, providing support to their activities and goals for hiring, retention, and advancement through training, consulting, and access to support materials and resources.
