Finance and Administrative Services: Human Resources

Jen serves as a member of the senior leadership team, providing advice to the vice president, and is responsible for employee relations across multiple units including the academic units, UDRI, Strategic Enrollment management and the Rector's Office. She consults on matters related to performance management, ADA accommodation, conflict resolution and coaching. Jen manages hiring initiatives including outreach and recruitment, process management and onboarding for staff employees and serves as a contact for unemployment benefits.
