Why I Love UD
I love that UD provides students with so many academic and professional opportunities so that they can make the most out of their college experience. The campus has such a strong sense of community it fosters an environment for success. I also love UD because I have a passion for helping veterans and military affiliated students continue their education so I am grateful that UD is giving me that opportunity!
Biography
B.M. Clarinet Performance, Baldwin Wallace University: Conservatory of Music
M.B.A. Concentration in Marketing, American Military University
I have lived in Ohio all my life, starting out in Ashtabula then gradually making my way to Dayton. I gained an interest in higher education while working in my undergraduate special event office, following that experience I spent two years working at Sinclair College in the registration office which solidified my desire to make this field the focus of my career. Going into my senior year at BW I auditioned for the 338th Army Band based in Columbus, OH. I have been in the Army since 2015 and recently re-enlisted for another six years - I love being a military musician and hope to serve as long as possible! Outside of work my husband and I love to spend time with our cat, run, golf, hike, watch football, and cook.
