Heidi Pearce

Administrative and Budget Coordinator for the Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion

Heidi joined the Office of Diversity and Inclusion as the Administrative and Budget Coordinator in Spring of 2022. Heidi brings to the team a diverse background in higher education with over 25 years of experience; previously working with University Board of Trustees and Finance and Administrative Services offices. She graduated with honors form The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in human ecology. 

Heidi’s primary role at the University of Dayton is to provide support to the Vice President for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. She focuses her time on fiscal management support for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and serving as the primary coordinator for all administrative and operational matters of the VP.

Heidi is excited to be part of the team driving inclusive excellence on campus.
