Kelsey O'Rourke

Kelsey O’Rourke is the Assistant Director, Leadership Programs. In this role, she oversees and manages the Supervisory Leadership Certificate program. Prior to joining the UDCL team, Kelsey spent 7 years in UD Career Services developing recruiting strategies and opportunities for hiring organizations and coaching job seekers. Kelsey received her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Higher Education from the University of Michigan.
