With over 20 years of experience at a Fortune 100 company, she is an accomplished leader, executive coach, facilitator, and program director. She specializes in executive coaching, talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational transformation across corporate, nonprofit, government, and higher education sectors.
Katie is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC™) and a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She holds certifications in LPI® (Leadership Practices Inventory) Coaching, DiSC Behavioral Spectrum Analysis, Business Motivators Analysis, and is a Certified Facilitator of The Happiness Advantage│Orange Frog Workshop™. Katie is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. She earned her MBA from Ohio Dominican University and holds a BA from Miami University (Ohio).
