Profile

Emma is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Dayton. She holds a Ph.D. in Management, building on a strong academic foundation in Business Administration. Her research interests center on family businesses, entrepreneurship, and knowledge management. 

Beyond her academic pursuits, Emma enjoys running, practicing yoga, and spending time with her furry companions.
