Profile
Sean Vore is currently Assistant Principal/Utility Horn of the Dayton Philharmonic and Principal Horn of the Springfield (Ohio) Symphony. He serves on the faculty at the University of Dayton and Cedarville University, teaching courses in applied horn, brass class and horn choir. In addition to his performing and teaching engagements, he is also the orchestra personnel manager for the Dayton Performing Arts Alliance. Sean received his Masters of Music in Horn Performance from the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music and a Bachelors of Music in Horn Performance from Mannes College of Music in New York.
Sean lives in Centerville with his wife, son and two shih-tzus. In his spare time, he enjoys making French horn mouthpiece cups, learning about culinary arts and being a father to his son, Alexander.
