Faculty perspective
"At its best, UD is a learning community in which faculty and students have ample opportunity to grow intellectually and professionally. Furthermore, as a Marianist institution, we are called to work together and to serve our community. For a professor who enjoys teaching and working with students this is an ideal setting. Connecting one’s research to teaching is encouraged. I have been very pleased by a new emphasis at UD on international issues. Not only has the number of international students on our campus increased, but more and more UD students are taking advantage of study abroad."
