Suzette Pico has worked for UD for 20 years, beginning her career in the School of Education & Health Sciences. She is presently the Senior Administrative Assistant in the Fitz Center for Leadership in Community and assists the Executive Director in carrying out the daily administrative operations for the Fitz Center. She holds certification as a Certified Professional Administrative Assistant and is a Notary for the State of Ohio.

Staff Perspective

It has been a very enlightening and rewarding experience working at the University of Dayton and specifically in the Fitz Center for Leadership in Community that embodies not only the Fitz Center’s mission, vision, and value, but also the University’s Learn, Lead, Serve motto. The opportunity to interact with community partners, UD students, faculty and staff is a partnership I love being a part of, that I feel privileged in sharing.
