Karlos L. Marshall provides strategic development for community and neighborhood partnerships in the Fitz Center for Leadership in Community. Through the leadership of Dayton Civic Scholars and Neighborhood School Centers, he cultivates collective impact and place-based strategies between public schools, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, neighborhood associations, businesses, and local residents. Additionally, as the Co-Founder of The Conscious Connect, Inc., Mr. Marshall has been recognized internationally as a thought-leader and practitioner at the intersections of civic innovation, urban education, and neighborhood revitalization.
