What do you like most about your major?

What I like most about being a Sociology major is learning how different aspects of life are connected and what makes human society unique.

What do you love most about UD?

Faculty and staff genuinely care about your future and provide a huge support system for students. There are also many student organizations and clubs on campus  you can become involved with to further expand your UD experience.

Favorite class at UD and why?

ASI 110/120 has been my favorite class at UD so far because I learned many things about history, philosophy, culture, etc., that I did not know before. All of the Core professors are outstanding and very invested in students' success in this course and their UD experience.

What clubs/organizations are you involved in at UD?

• Dayton Civic Scholars
• Student assistant (Sociology, Anthropology and Social Work)
• CAS Ambassador

Why did you choose UD?

The supportive and welcoming atmosphere on campus really impacted my decision to choose UD. The small-to-medium size of UD makes it easier to make friends and connections, and the small class sizes make for a better learning environment.
