What do you love most about UD?

How close knit and nice everyone is at UD. Teachers and students are all wanting the best for every student.

What do you like most about your major?

The thing that I enjoy most about chemistry is the diversity of the field. I am able to learn so many different aspects of chemistry and choose where I feel I belong.

Favorite class at UD and why?

Organic Chemistry Lab was very enjoyable and taught me skills that I used in a real lab. 

What piece of your academic journey has you most prepared to begin a career after graduation?

Over my first summer at UD I did research with Dr. Angela Mammana, a chemistry professor at UD. Doing research early in my academic career has helped me gain confidence in the field of chemistry and has gave me many connections I would not have received otherwise.

What clubs/organizations are you involved in at UD?
