Profile

CPT Hayes commissioned as an Active Duty Infantry Officer from Ohio State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. CPT Hayes has served as a Rifle Platoon Leader, a Recruiting Battalion Operations Officer, a Strategic Communications Company Commander and a Light Infantry Battalion S6. CPT Hayes has graduated from the Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course, Recruiting Operations Officer Course, Signal Captains Career Course, Airborne School and US Army Ranger School.

CPT Hayes’ awards include Ranger Tab, Expert Infantryman Badge, Parachutist Badge, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal w/ 2 OLC, Army Achievement Medal and the Humanitarian Service Medal.
