April 3, 2020

Dear faculty colleagues,

Good morning.  We hope this finds you well.  As we continue to navigate the disruption and uncertainty created by the COVID -19 virus, it has become clear that we will not be ready to distribute faculty contracts on April 15 as indicated in our faculty handbook (Section IV.7).  We continue to model enrollment and financial scenarios for the 2020-21 academic year in order to determine what we can reliably build into the budget for next fiscal year at this time.

Consequently, we have decided to delay the distribution of faculty contracts by approximately two weeks.  Our goal is to have contracts out by May 1. We anticipate that they will be distributed and returned electronically.  We will keep the standard due date of May 15 for return of contracts.

Thank you for your patience during this tumultuous time.
