Covering Reasonable Travel Expenses — For organizations regional/local to UD, students may occasionally visit your organization as appropriate and possible. Otherwise, virtual communication will be common. Where required/approved by the client, it is expected that your organization will cover any reasonable travel expenses incurred by the UD student team.
