Supervisory Leadership Certificate

The Supervisory Leadership Certificate Program is a 11-day leadership development program presented over six months for leaders in public, private and not-for-profit organizations. This interactive program helps new and experienced front line leaders develop those critical skills necessary to maximize individual and team performance.
Participants leave this program with a solid foundation that can immediately be applied into their workplace. Upon completion of the program, leaders also receive two additional days of training through our Professional Development programs.

The instructional mode in which the Supervisory Leadership Certificate programs will be facilitated is a blended format. This is noted below next to each class.
- Blended: Combined in-person/on-campus and streamed live via Zoom with the facilitator being in person.

The Supervisory Leadership certificate program is open to:
- Employees of UDCL partner organizations - $4,000
- Others – $4,300
The Supervisory Leadership Certificate program includes 11 days of leadership development training, leadership assessments, including a 360-degree feedback assessment, a formal mentoring program, all materials, and breakfast and lunch each day. Participants can attend two additional days of Professional Development programs at no additional cost upon completion of this program to further assist in their development.
