Hours of Operation

Career Services and Student Employment are operating virtually. Regular office hours are from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM (closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00 PM).

We invite you to connect with us online for career advising appointments and virtual drop-in hours.

If there is a need to visit the Career Services office in-person, per University policy you must wear a mask to enter the building and throughout your visit. Health and safety protocols must be observed throughout your visit.

Appointment Availability

To schedule an appointment with a Career Advisor, visit Handshake or call our office at 937-229-2045. Appointments will be facilitated through Zoom or phone. 

If a student does not have resources (e.g. wifi, phone, laptop) to participate in a Zoom appointment, we encourage the use of community resources such as libraries, cafes, etc. If a student is on-campus and would like to use the Employer Engagement Center, reach out to to request a room.

Internship or Co-op Questions

For students currently working in an internship/co-op during the Spring semester or students who need to register a Summer/Fall internship/co-op, please contact Liz Seager at or 937-229-2072.

Virtual Drop-in Hours

12:15-3:00 PM Monday-Friday

Looking for quick career-related help? Check-in with a Career Peer Mentor from 12:15-3:00 PM Monday-Friday via Zoom. Career Peer Mentors will be able to assist you with resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn, Handshake and more. Hang out in the "Zoom Room" with a peer mentor and answer your questions. The Career Services staff is happy to help with your career-related needs at every step of your college career and beyond. We can assist you with choosing a major, finding an internship or co-op job or finding your first full-time position. You are encouraged to make an appointment with your career advisor. Career Services can help you learn the vital skills necessary for success in the job search process.

  • Choosing a major
  • Finding a campus, internship or co-op job
  • Finding your next destination: grad school, a job, etc. 
  • Resumes, interviewing and all aspects of your job search
