Career Services values diversity and seeks to serve each individual with a recognition of their complex identities and background. We partner with employers that are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. Our partners recognize the value our students bring to the workplace and create space for the expression of their identities.

Career Services intentionally engages the campus community and our employer partners in an effort to provide opportunities for students to realize and live out their gifts, talents, and skills.

We are dedicated to understanding different cultures, with an appreciation of each individual’s values, and adapting our services to “affirm the fundamental dignity of each person.”

Our education does not have an end, we strive to actively learn and relearn, to listen in order to understand, and approach new relationships with unbiased respect.
