COVID-19 Updates from Career Services

Hours of Operation

Student Employment, and the Employer Engagement Center, will be open on an appointment-only basis during regular office hours from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM (closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00 PM). Career Services is operating virtually. 

If there is a need to visit the Career Services office in-person, per University policy you must wear a mask to enter the building and throughout your visit. Health and safety protocols must be observed throughout your visit.

Appointments with a Career Advisor

Career advising appointments may be made through Handshake and will be facilitated through Zoom or phone.

Student Employment

Students who need to complete new hire paperwork may schedule an appointment with Student Employment through Handshake.

Employer Engagement Center

Students who wish to reserve a private interview space in the Employer Engagement Center should email at least 24 hours in advance of a requested reservation. The Employer Engagement Center House has two floors, but does not have an elevator. Technology-enabled rooms (e.g. computer, webcam) are also available upon request. Individuals requesting accommodations are encouraged to contact Career Services (937-229-2073;
