Session two of the "Equity allies training" will dive deeper into what it means to be a gender equity ally and explore some of the best practices when it comes to advocating for gender equity. We will revisit our individualized action plans from Session 1 and engage in dialogue around what the group has accomplished as well as ideas on how to continue doing this work in the future. The workshop will also discuss strategies for holding ourselves and our peers accountable to these goals. Please register on the HR CE Portal
