During the fall of 2023, the University conducted a campus climate survey that utilizes the Culturally Engaging Campus Environments model. For this model, a sense of belonging is a critical aspect of inclusive excellence. Join the members of the UIEC Assessment Working Group as they introduce this framework, explain how campus structures and individual behaviors can support belonging on campus, and share important background about the climate surveys and how you can be a part of this initiative in your classroom, department, and unit. Please register on the HR CE Portal
