An “inclusive classroom” is defined as classrooms in which instructors and students work together to create and sustain an inclusive environment in which all persons function as learners and teachers, feels safe, valued and supported. This workshop will explore essential elements of an inclusive classroom for the creation, delivery, and management, and facilitate the skills on planning class, managing conflict and responding real and/or perceived microaggressions.
