What are your recruiting, interviewing and hiring strategies to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion? This workshop is designed to offer techniques and best practices for identifying and mitigating individual conscious/unconscious biases in the interviewing process.  We will also discuss candidate recruiting, rating, effective communication and value of a diverse inclusive campus community.  Participants will also engage in sharing strategies to build diverse recruiting pipelines and interviewing techniques.
