This land is your land…this land is my land?

Tuesday, October 17

Time: 5:30 p.m. — 7 p.m.

Location: Kennedy Union Torch Lounge

The United States has historically been considered a place where everyone is welcomed and should be afforded the inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. For many, however, these “rights” are becoming increasingly less attainable as the discussion of U.S. citizenship becomes more and more polarizing. Join UD faculty, staff and students as we discuss the concept of what it means to be an immigrant in the United States today and who gets to decide who calls the U.S. "home." Join us as we engage in dialogue over these and other questions.
