A 28-year veteran with Deloitte, and with 35 years of health care experience, Copeland has advised many market leaders in the health plan industry on their most strategic and transformative events, including mergers, affiliations, new business initiatives and financial and operational turnaround plans. He has also led projects around corporate governance and new management processes that link strategy to metrics and board oversight.
