The University of Dayton’s Female Aspiring Business Scholars (FABS) summer program is designed to inspire and empower rising high school juniors and seniors to explore the limitless opportunities in business. Through an exciting mix of hands-on activities, expert-led seminars, and real-world experiences, FABS will help you develop the skills and confidence to succeed in any business field.

Who Can Join?

Rising high school juniors (Class of 2027) and seniors (Class of 2026).
Students of all backgrounds and experiences are welcome to join!

Interactive Learning:

Immerse yourself in engaging activities led by University of Dayton faculty and business professionals.

Professional Skill Building:

Master developing a LinkedIn profile, networking, business etiquette, and leadership skills. Network with UD students, alumni, and Dayton business leaders in fun, low-key settings.

Team Project Challenge:

Team up with fellow campers to plan, execute, and present a team project.
