UD2NYC is a unique educational opportunity for 12-16 sophomore economics and finance majors to travel to New York City and visit corporations and major financial institutions. Consistent with the UD School of Business Administration’s goal of providing experiential learning to our students, each institution strives to give their unique perspective on: (i) the duties and responsibilities of a recent college graduate, (ii) the tools from college economics, and finance courses that are necessary to perform well as a new hire, and (iii) an overview of the typical career path.

Applications and resumes are due by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 24, 2022.

UD2NYC 2019 included visits to the following:

  • FactSet
  • The Federal Reserve Bank of New York
  • The New York Stock Exchange
  • Institute for New Economic Thinking
  • BlackRock
  • JP Morgan Chase & Co.
  • Bloomberg
  • Global X Funds
  • Abel Noser Solutions

Due to health risks associated with the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic and consequent restrictions at destination firms, the UD2NYC trip could not be scheduled in either 2020 or 2021.

UD2NYC is recognized as an official University of Dayton R.I.S.E. program.
