Multi-Ethnic Business Leaders

Find Your Home in Business

The goal of the Multi-Ethnic Business Leaders Program is to provide mentorship, guidance, and scholarships to multi-ethnic business students who are looking to maximize their potential and experiences while at UD. The designed structure seeks to guide them by providing professional development, resources, and support to students enrolled at the University of Dayton.

The benefit of this program is not only to create a better experience for students but to build better relationships with programs, companies, and networks that prioritize diversity initiatives.

Students will be able to:

  • Gain a peer and faculty mentor
  • Network with business leaders
  • Engage with corporations in the Greater Dayton Area
  • Participate in bi-weekly professional advancement workshops
  • Create a solid foundation as they embark on their chosen career path
Building a Community of Success

African American, Asian American, Hispanic American, or Native American students can find peer support, mentoring, academic guidance, and professional networking necessary to thrive in their business education and careers.
